RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Generally we are open for every interested in this project. Gender doesn’t matter. We think and suggest that volunteers who would be most satisfy about this project would be volunteers who is interested in the topic of the project. We woudlike to find the person who will be interested in projects’ activities and in the philosophy of the HO and SO organization. We are open for everybody no matter which sex, age, religion, nationality or background the volunteer has. We appreciate the interest, strong motivation and him/her ideas for the project. He/She should be interested in Serbia, should be flexible, communicative and independent. Also he/she should spend this voluntary period on things that will bring big positive impact on his/her life – achieving new skills, making new friends, gaining new knowledge.
The information about project will be put on the SO website, YouthNetWorks webpage and the basis of the acreditated organization, so the information about project will be spread really very wildly.
From EVS canditates we would like to recieve CV and motivation letter and special application form, which SO and HO will prepare togheter. After we will recieve all of those CVs, motivation letters and special application forms we will have a meeting with a staff of Bona Fides. We will read all documents and speak about potential candidates. With candidates we will like the most we will contact and talk about project and motivation (because motivation is the most important thing for us and our parner). Once more the Bona Fides staff will meet and disccus the best candidates. After that we would like to send the best of applications to our partner, VCV. The all of the rest we are going to spread information about results.
If HO would have problems to choose a specific candidates they are planing to speak with them via SKYPE. With this complicated procedure we would like to match the profile of the volunteer with the projects’ issues the best. We and our partner are looking for reasonable, ”adult” volunteers who will know what they want to do with their free time.

Bona Fides Asociation as well as VCV do not have any candidates age requirements, we are going to obey the Programme rules and will choose volunteers in age between 17 and 30 years old. We are open for all of candidatures, doesn’t matter age, but attidtude of candidates. We want to have strongly motivated young people, who will be focused on the project’s objective, that do not turn up that it was only a momentary Serbia trip whim. We are going to not descriminate the volunteers by their sex, we will be objective in our choice and will try to chose the same number of male and female, if the moitivation of them will be equal.

For the process of the selection important is:
1. Motivation of participation (especially in this project),
2. The volunteer will not be discriminated by his/her own gender, religion, political or sexual orientation,
3. It is very important for us that the volunteer will be ready for his/her volunteering service (generally awarness),
4. The volunteer will be independent and flexible,
5. The most important thing is his/her creativity to run his/her own project in Novi Sad,
6. The volunteer will be open-minded and also a person with big responsibility.
