OPIS PROJEKTU:

Project „In general way to success” of NGO „Insait” Smolyan will allow the participating volunteers to be involved in the joint action of our organization with the Resource Center at the Regional Inspectorate of Education – Smolyan, Union of Disabled Smolyan and Day center for children and adults with disabilities „Zvanche”. The project is aimed at the formation of tolerance and empathy for different young people and changing attitudes in the community towards people with disabilities and raise the profile of local institutions and organizations. The aim is, through various activities and artterapevtichni activities of volunteers in organizations partners to work systematically to educate young people of the ability to accept differences and send a message of friendship to other young people. Plan to bolster public attention to the project with two exhibitions that showcase some of the work of volunteers with young people with special needs. Volunteers will have the opportunity to learn more about youth with disabilities raised in a family environment and associated problems. The project will consider youth initiatives of the EU as a tool to support the initiative and motivation of citizens and increase the ability of the young man, and adaptability to work with children and youth with disabilities. Arranging meetings with various experts in the areas of concern and EVS volunteers can assist their work and promotion of the project.

The intent of the association it`s: educational and rehabilitative favor-to vote, keep and develop democratical values and events to the civil Society and to keep the freedom of dignity and the relieve of the children, and to young and the vulnerable and riscius society, to help the personal realisation and grou up the quality of the live of children, young people, the people with the special needs and another vulnerable social groups and to make health and sustainable structures to fuctional to sociality intended, to make intent to sociality vote and to help to expension to the potential to civil organization, professional-art realisation and work favor. Provide specialized support to the diagnostical of the person and personality disorders, provide to personal self-presentation, motivation to work and mobilyties to resurs of personal deployment,consultation of carier grou up,grou up to comunicativition provide, selection of the personal, education of tolerant and touch to the art and crafts with interprevention to vulnerable behavior. Association “Inside” organaise, administration and make professional learning and learn to key-competencies of different programs and resurs. In all activities to association “Inside” was partecipal the young people with special needs. The help to finding the problems it was and it will be our priority. We work activity and to program “Young in action”. This program it`s prioriteted for us. Deadline to apply 01.05.2013 we thing to candidate with project to activity 2, program “Young in action”. We need sending organization wich to be our partner and to send 12 volunteers to Smolyan. The project it`s short – 2month. 2month the volunteers wich be moved to the school and children-garden in Smolyan. They will wor with children with special needs. They will participate to art and cultural activities with them. They will painting, playing and singing. The project it`s suitable to young people who learning Bulgarian language and they will developed range of skiles. Association “Inside” it will be coordinating organization. We will have direct angajiment of the performance to all activities in the project – of prelimimary preparation, meeting to the volunteers, accommodation and provision to normal microclimate to work, to the all implemation to the activity.
